Founder & President · Ideal Goal · since 2015
Ten years of football around the world, carried by Ideal Goal, the nonprofit I founded in 2015. On one side, programs reaching hundreds of young people in slums. On the other, building the path of the first Southeast Asian woman to reach a European league.
My focus is on models that hold together sporting standards, community value, and economic viability. Not one without the others.
The work happens with hybrid teams: communities, football stars, embassies, federations, brands, media. Intuitions carried through to projects that last.
My heading: to give rise to new models for women's football, for the players and their communities, for their audience, for what connects them.
